1. Introduction
Welcome to Beats & Baggers. Our goal is to provide the highest quality motorcycle parts and services. This Warranty and Agreement Policy outlines the terms and conditions for warranties on products and services we offer. By purchasing products or services from us, you agree to the following terms.

2. Warranty Coverage

a. Parts Warranty

  • OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Parts: All OEM parts purchased from Beats & Baggers are covered by a 30-day warranty unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship.

  • Aftermarket Parts: Warranty coverage for aftermarket parts varies by manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty information for specific coverage details.

  • Customer-Supplied Parts: Beats & Baggers does not offer any warranty on parts provided by the customer. Any issues related to customer-supplied parts will need to be addressed directly with the manufacturer of those parts.

b. Service Warranty

  • All services performed at Beats & Baggers, including repairs, tune-ups, and maintenance, are covered by a 30-day warranty on labor. If a service issue arises due to our workmanship within this period, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

  • Parts used during service are subject to separate warranties from the manufacturer. If any part fails under warranty, we will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue on your behalf

3. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to tires, brake pads, chains, batteries, and other consumables.

  • Damage caused by improper maintenance, including failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule.

  • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, or fading.

  • Damage caused by racing, off-road use, or any other use outside of normal riding conditions.

4. Warranty Claims Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Beats & Baggers within 30 days of noticing any issues with your motorcycle, parts, or service.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and a detailed description of the issue.

  3. Bring the motorcycle or parts to our shop for inspection, if necessary.

  4. We will assess whether the issue is covered under warranty and proceed with repairs, replacements, or a refund as applicable.

5. Refund and Exchange Policy

  • If a product or service is covered under warranty and cannot be repaired or replaced, a full or partial refund may be offered, depending on the situation.

  • No refunds will be issued for services rendered once the work has been completed, except for defective workmanship covered under warranty.

  • Customer-supplied parts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Beats & Baggers is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the products or services we provide. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or loss of income.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to adhere to safety instructions, legal requirements, and the manufacturer’s recommendations regarding the operation and maintenance of motorcycles.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for the proper use, maintenance, and care of motorcycles, parts, and accessories in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

  • Warranty claims must be reported promptly to Beats & Baggers within the warranty period.

  • For issues with customer-supplied parts, the customer must resolve them directly with the manufacturer.

8. Termination of Warranty
Warranty coverage will be void if:

  • The product has been modified or altered in any way not authorized by Beats & Baggers.

  • The customer fails to follow recommended maintenance or safety procedures.

  • The product or service has been subject to misuse, abuse, or other conditions outside of normal use.

9. Governing Law
This Warranty and Agreement Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Modifications
Beats & Baggers reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Warranty and Agreement Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers will be notified of significant changes through our website or in-store announcements.

11. Agreement to Terms
By signing or accepting the repair order, estimate, quote, work order, or invoice, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Warranty and Agreement Policy.
