Returns 

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact us at beatsnbaggers@gmail.com to begin your return request.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package.

  3. Return items must be sent to:
    5144 W Homer St., Chicago, IL 60639, United States.

Please note: Returns that are sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. If you are located outside the U.S., please allow for additional shipping time.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure about whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We do not offer cash refunds. However, we are happy to process exchanges or provide store credit for the full purchase price. To ensure you get the item you want, we recommend returning your current item and then placing a separate order for the new one.

European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are ordering from the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As with our general return policy, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds (Store Credit)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your exchange or store credit has been approved. If approved, we will issue store credit to your account or process an exchange. Please note that store credit will be issued for the full purchase price, but it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process any related charges or refunds.
